Searcy Summer Dinner Theatre continues with “The 39 Steps”

Searcy Summer Dinner Theatre will continue its 33rd season Thursday, July 2 at 6:30 p.m. with “The 39 Steps” in the Ulrey Performing Arts Center at Harding University.

“The 39 Steps” features a man with a boring life who meets a woman with a thick accent who says she's a spy. When he takes her home, she is murdered. Soon, a mysterious organization called “The 39 Steps” is hot on the man’s trail in a nationwide manhunt that climaxes in a death-defying finale.

The show will be performed July 2-3, 5 and 9-11.

Individual tickets are $27. Tickets can be purchased online at hardingtickets.com, by phone at 501-279-4580, or at the box office. Classic Fare Catering will provide dinner alongside the service by show cast members.

The 2015 season will conclude with Agatha Christie’s “The Mousetrap,” which will be performed July 23-26 and 30-31 and August 1.
