Pianist Ron Chioldi concludes concert series

Pianist Ron Chioldi concluded the department of music's 2015-16 concert series on April 14 at 7 p.m. in the Reynolds Recital Hall.

Chioldi teaches piano and music theory as a professor of music at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He also serves as the director of the Community Music Academy and is the co-author of group-piano textbooks such as Keyboard Musicians and Keyboard Fundamentals. He received a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in piano performance from University of Illinois.

The free performance included works by Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Robert Schumann.
