Approximately 200 students are on campus for the 60th annual National Leadership Forum June 5-10.

The program, designed for students entering grades 9-12, teaches student characteristics of leadership while also familiarizing them with American heritage and principles.

Through labs, lectures, films and discussion, participating students will become better prepared, confident and equipped with the necessary tools to preserve the traditions and ideals upon which America was founded. Speakers will present a wide variety of lectures in the American Heritage Auditorium on campus covering topics such as leadership issues and development, free enterprise, foreign policy, the environment, family values and more.

Event speakers include Director of the Mitchell Center for Leadership and Ministry Andrew Baker, Dean Spikes of the Spirit of America Foundation, motivational speaker John Foppe, learning expert Dee Carson, author and lecturer Pat Socia and others. Additional event details can be found at www.harding.edu/events/nlforum.
