CAB to host Judah & the Lion on Dec. 2

The University’s Campus Activities Board will host Judah & the Lion at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 in the Administration Auditorium.

The members of the band, Judah Akers, Brian Macdonald, Spencer Cross and Nate Zuercher, moved to Nashville, Tennessee after college and formed Judah & the Lion in 2011. The band released its first record in 2014 and its second album, “Folk Hop ’n Roll,” in 2016.

The band shared the stage with Ben Rector, Drew Holcomb and Mat Kearney in 2015 touring across America and Scandinavia playing 150 shows building a large, loyal fanbase.

After the release of “Folk Hop ’n Roll,” the band went on tour again in 2016 and began 2017 with hitting the No. 1 spot for three weeks on the Billboard Top Alternative Songs Chart with the single “Take It All Back.”

Tickets for students are $10-15, and tickets for the general public are $25. Tickets can be purchased at www.hardingcab.com.
