Admissions adds assistant director for multicultural and transfer student programs

Harding University Office of Undergraduate Admissions Services appointed D'Andrea Fanning assistant director of undergraduate admissions for multicultural and transfer student programs.

Fanning comes to Harding from CoreLogic in Irving, Texas, where she worked as a business analyst for process analysis and improvement. She was responsible for assessing operations and presenting findings to leadership and cross functional teams. Prior to that she worked for the city of Atlanta as a team lead and process improvement analyst.

“Increasing diversity is one of our highest strategic priorities for the University,” said Jana Rucker, vice president of communications and enrollment. “D'Andrea's background and skill set will be invaluable in defining this new role and in working with students and partner schools. She will be working closely with the offices of admissions, registrar, financial aid and church relations in developing this role to make Harding better and more successful in these key areas.”

Fanning holds a B.A. in psychology from Georgia State University.
