[TIME] This afternoon the University received a call about a possible threat on campus. Public Safety and Searcy Police were notified immediately and responded to the threat. At 3 p.m. an explosion occurred in the wing of the University’s South Center for Health Sciences building located at 1300 South Main Street. The University has locked down campus, activated its emergency plan and emergency responders are on the scene. An investigation is ongoing by the Searcy Police Department. We will continue to update you as information becomes available. Updates can be found on University social media pages and at harding.edu/news .
