Lauryn Rydl Turner holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Harding. She and her husband, Chris, share two children, Price and Rylee. Currently, Lauryn is the Chief Executive Officer of DanceOne, a company that serves as a massive platform for dance brands and leaders. Previously, she has served in many areas of youth sports, including as Executive Vice President of the Dallas Wings and Vice President at Varsity Brands. Most notably, she spent some time as Chief Operating Officer of USA Gymnastics. There, she led the cultural turnaround of the organization, once again putting the health and well-being of young athletes at the forefront. Showing companies that success and doing right by people are not in conflict has been a throughline in her career. This people-centered approach has become a hallmark of Lauryn’s leadership style, promoting performance while fundamentally changing the way these large corporations approach the athletes they are meant to serve.
